Contractor Branding Case Study – How To Get 2-3 Leads Per Week Online

In today’s world of online marketing and personal branding, every contractor just like you  – whether you’re in design, remodeling, or new home building – needs to properly build your online presence to get found by your dream customers.

With people constantly searching through Google, reading reviews from Yelp or in other social media platform, it’s imperative you take advantage of this opportunity and get your business out there.

If you don’t know where or how to start, don’t worry. We are here to help you.

Let’s take a look at Real Renovations of NJ and their social media presence. Let’s dive in and see how they cultivated their web presence successfully. They are not clients of ours, but we admire what they are doing online, and want to show you some things we’ve observed.

Contractor Branding On Instagram

Currently, their Instagram channel has 30,000 followers and it will continue to grow in numbers. True to their brand, they are targeting local people in New Jersey, which is very important.

With their posts and images, they are letting their potential (dream customers) know the kind and quality of services they offer and what they do. They use specific tags that show what kind of work they do, and who they are targeting. If you carefully look at their photos, it’s obvious that they’re having a lot of fun with their work. Which is awesome.

Another added touch is the little arrows that draw people’s attention to their website link in their profile.

Contractor Branding Website

Next, take a look at their website: Real Renovations of NJ. If you notice, their website is optimized to make it mobile friendly. Another thing to note is the “Call to Action” button, prompting visitors for a free quote. This allows potential customers to learn more about the different pricing of their services – potentially making leads. Very Smart!

Facebook Local Optimization

Let’s now look at their local Facebook page. To make the business legitimate, with both your dream customers and Facebook, You should have your local contractor facebook page verified. This is extremely important for local ranking and optimization for Facebook local.

Another thing to note is the Reviews section on their Facebook page. Currently, the page has 64 reviews, which is Awesome. The more people leave positive reviews, the more leads will follow because your dream customers will be looking through them, and it will build trust in their minds leading to an eventual sale.

Furthermore, reviews do make a difference in your rankings on both Google and Facebook. So take the time to build your online reputation and get quality reviews.

Proper Houzz Optimization

Let’s take a moment to look at their Houzz profile. Their account is fully optimized and has a good, solid presence there. They have 5 reviews, and they’ve filled out their profile with all the right information.

2-3 Contractor Leads Per Week!

According to Kevin Ryffel, owner of the Real Renovations of NJ, they currently receive two to three leads per week!

From their different channels, you can tell that everything works together in one, seamless flow. It’s important to know your target audience and have an “end goal” in mind. Once you determine what works best for your brand, everything else will follow.

But you have to put in the work. You need to have a plan, and then work your plan. And LEADS will start pouring in.

Show some love for Real Renovations of NJ – follow their online channels and learn what they do. Once you have learned the basics and their process, implement and follow the same process in your business!
